The Animal Hospital of Peak Plaza team is here to help when you need us most.

All of our veterinarians practice high-quality internal medicine and will work hard to diagnose your pet’s illness and get them back to feeling healthy as soon as possible. We have in house laboratory services and also utilize some of the best laboratories in the country for more specialized testing. We also have a digital radiology suite for x-rays when needed as well as boarded radiologists and a cardiologist who come to the clinic when needed.

Wellness Exams
We offer routine care including preventative healthcare exams, a vaccine schedule customized to your pet’s lifestyle, heartworm testing, proper flea, tick, and heartworm preventative counseling, microchips, and health certificates. We recommend annual wellness exams for our patients to ensure they’re up-to-date on all necessary preventive care.
Dentistry
Understanding the immensely important role that oral health plays in the comfort and longevity of our cats and dogs, all of our veterinarians take dentistry very seriously. Along with performing preventative dental cleanings, we perform dental surgery as needed. We have a digital dental radiology system similar to that of human dentists, which allows us to fully evaluate any dental problems your dog or can have.

Surgery
We perform a wide range of routine surgeries including spaying and neutering. We also perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries as needed. We have high standards for anesthesia and have comprehensive monitoring equipment and staffing to ensure anesthesia is customized to your pet and proceeds as safely as possible.

Vaccinations
Our team is here to keep your pets protected! Many of the diseases that can affect dogs and cats are preventable through proper vaccinations. Let our knowledgeable team guide you through setting up a vaccination schedule for your dog or cat to keep him or her protected.
Digital X-Rays
There have been many advancements in digital x-ray technology, and we can now manipulate the digital images that we take. This allows us to diagnose issues that may not be seen on a traditional x-ray. Because the x-rays are digital, we can also easily share the images with specialists or other veterinarians we may consult for more difficult cases.
Parasite Prevention
Parasites and the diseases they carry can all be prevented with proper medication and maintenance. Fleas and ticks are not only a source of irritation to your pet, but they can also harbor disease and adversely affect your pet’s health. Heartworm is a dangerous parasite that lives in the heart of dogs and cats, damages the heart muscle, and can be fatal.
In-House and Online Pharmacy

Whether your pet is in need of a prescription medication or diet, you won’t have to go far. Our in-house pharmacy allows you to fill your pet’s prescriptions during your appointment so you don’t have to spend time waiting.
